Privacy Policy

All Canadian Driving is committed to providing both potential and current clients with a web site that respects and protects their privacy.

All Canadian Driving indirectly logs http requests to our server. These logs capture information, navigation and clickstream data. Some of the information collected does not identify who you are. Other information such as your domain name, IP address, may identify you depending on the naming standards followed by your Internet Service Provider. We do not track or record information about specific individuals and their visits. Visitor information is not disclosed with anyone except All Canadian Driving personnel who need the information for legitimate business purposes such as responding to a request.

Policies

  1. Refunds
    1. All Canadian Driving School does not issue refunds under any circumstances. However, lesson packages and individual lessons are transferable to family members or friends
  2. Cancellations
    1. Lesson cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the lesson.
    2. A student may pay a $50.00 reinstatement fee to reschedule a lesson cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or on the day of the missed lesson; otherwise, the lesson will be forfeited.
    3. Road test appointments booked by All Canadian Driving School must be cancelled by the student at least 72 hours in advance to avoid ICBC’s $25 late cancellation fee.
    4. A student who fails to be present at the arranged pickup location at the scheduled time, or is otherwise unable to proceed with the lesson, will be considered a “No-Show,” and the lesson will be forfeited.
  3. Vehicle Usage, Restrictions & Guidelines
    1. All students must have their valid driver’s licence in their possession in order to proceed with the lesson. If a student does not have their licence, the lesson will be cancelled as per Policy 2.4.
    2. With instructor approval, students taking individual lessons may use an All Canadian Driving School vehicle for their road test. This includes a 45-minute practice lesson prior to the test and 15 minutes for registration, for a total of one hour.
    3. All Canadian Driving School reserves the right to refuse use of a school vehicle for the road test if the instructor determines the student is not adequately prepared.
  4. General
    1. For students not enrolled in a package, All Canadian Driving School charges $84.00 per hour plus applicable taxes, which includes a minimum of 55 minutes of practical training time.
    2. Each lesson may include up to five minutes of non-practical time for debriefing or consultation with a co-pilot.
    3. All training is conducted one-on-one. The only exception is for observation by ICBC representatives or authorized school personnel for quality assurance purposes.
    4. All Canadian Driving School reserves the right to restrict or modify pickup and drop-off locations at any time.
    5. All scheduling and changes to lessons, including pickup or drop-off locations, must be made through All Canadian Driving School’s main office. Instructors are not authorized to make or confirm scheduling changes.
    6. Students who book their own road tests but wish to use an All Canadian Driving School vehicle must provide a road test confirmation form to the school. Failure to provide this form releases the school from responsibility for any booking errors or missed appointments.
    7. All Canadian Driving School vehicles may be equipped with video and audio recording devices for quality assurance, with the exception of during ICBC road tests.
  5. Additional fees
    1. $25.00 will be charge for any cheques returned by the bank. This charge will be added to any balance owing on your account and must be paid prior to your next lesson.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

    1. YOU MUST READ THESE ALL CANADIAN DRIVING SCHOOL WEBSITE TERMS OF USE (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY.

      ALL CANADIAN DRIVING SCHOOL PROVIDES THIS WEBSITE FOR YOU, YOUR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS, AND ANY OTHER ENTITY ON WHOSE BEHALF YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS (COLLECTIVELY “YOU”), SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS. THESE TERMS ARE ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN ALL CANADIAN DRIVING SCHOOL 2007 AND YOU, AND YOU ACCEPT THEM BY: (a) USING THIS WEBSITE IN ANY MANNER; AND/OR (b) ACKNOWLEDGING AGREEMENT WITH THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

    2. This Website (“Website”) includes without limitation all possible sub domains and other services accessible via the Website. All Canadian Driving School may control and operate its Website from various locations and makes no representation that this website is appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you are using this website on behalf of Your employer, You represent and warrant that You are authorized to accept these Terms on Your employer’s behalf, and that Your employer agrees to indemnify You and All Canadian Driving School 2007 for violations of these terms.

  2. YOUR OBLIGATION AND CONDUCT

    You agree that You will not use the Website to: (a) transmit spam, bulk or unsolicited communications; (b) pretend to be All Canadian Driving School or someone else, or spoof All Canadian Driving School’s or someone else’s identity; (c) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers (including URLs) in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the services; (d) misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (e) disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users’ ability to use the Website; (f) engage in activities that would violate any fiduciary relationship, any applicable local, provincial, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law, including but not limited to attempting to compromise the security of any networked account or site, operating an illegal gambling operation, stalking, or making threats of harm; or (g) collect or store personal data about other users unless specifically authorized by such users.

  3. DELIVERY OF E-MAIL

    All Canadian Driving will attempt to deliver all of the e-mail that is addressed to Your e-mail address on All Canadian Driving School’s services. However, the nature of e-mail is such that All Canadian Driving School cannot guarantee delivery of such e-mail.

  4. INDEMNITY

    You agree to indemnify and hold All Canadian Driving School and its affiliates, agents, licensors, suppliers, other partners, employees and representatives harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your use of or connection to the Website (including any use by You on behalf of Your employer), Your violation of the Terms, or Your violation of any rights of another.

  5. NOTICES; MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES; AMENDMENT OF TERMS

    All Canadian Driving School may provide notice to you via email, regular mail, or posting notices or links to notices on the Website. All Canadian Driving School reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services (or any part thereof), and/or Your use of or access to them, with or without notice. All Canadian Driving School may also delete, or bar access to or use of, all related information and files. All Canadian Driving School will not be liable to You or any third-party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Services, or loss of related information. All Canadian Driving School may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this Website.

  6. CONTENT PROVIDED VIA LINKS

    You may find links to other Internet sites or resources on the Website. You acknowledge and agree that All Canadian Driving School is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. All Canadian Driving School will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any actual or alleged damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY rights
    1. Except as expressly authorized by All Canadian Driving School , You agree not to reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, mirror, frame, republish, download, transmit, or create derivative works of the Content of others, in whole or in part, by any means.
    2. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppels, implication, or otherwise. Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute and download Content owned by All Canadian Driving School on this Website provided that: (a) the copyright notice pertaining to the Content remains, and a permission notice (e.g., “Used with permission”) is added to such Content; (b) the use of such Content is solely for personal and non-commercial use; (c) such Content will not be copied or posted on any networked computer or published in any medium, except as explicitly permitted by valid permission or license covering such materials; and (d) no modifications are made to such Content. This permission terminates automatically without notice if You breach any of the terms or conditions in this Section 7.2. Upon termination, You must immediately destroy any downloaded and/or printed Content.

ALL CANADIAN DRIVING SCHOOL MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION THAT: (a) THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (b) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (c) THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICES, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED FROM THE WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS; OR (d) ANY ERRORS IN THE WEBSITE WILL BE CORRECTED.
